1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Delhi Metro GO Android application or web portal at metro.fiyrr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KLS Communication. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application.

2. Description of Service

Delhi Metro GO provides navigation support, route calculations, estimated travel durations, indicative fare estimates, station facility directories, gate landmarks, and nearest station radar tools for commuters traveling across the National Capital Region (NCR) rapid transit network.

3. Accuracy of Route, Schedule & Fare Data

While we strive to maintain the most current schedule timings, fares, and gate access information:

• Transit routes, platform directions, timings, and fares are calculated based on public feeds and standard operational timetables.
• Real-world conditions such as unscheduled maintenance, line delays, gate closures, or temporary security restrictions may cause deviations.
• Fares shown inside the app are indicative estimates. Official ticketing counters and automated fare collection (AFC) gates operated by DMRC determine the final binding fare.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom graphics, source code, app layouts, interface designs, and branding developed for Delhi Metro GO are the proprietary intellectual property of KLS Communication. All public transit brand marks, station names, and line color systems (such as DMRC, Delhi Metro, Noida Metro NMRC, or Rapid Metro Gurgaon) remain the property of their respective transit authorities.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use this application exclusively for personal, non-commercial transit assistance. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, scrape, or systematically extract data from our application or backend services without explicit written consent from KLS Communication.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, KLS Communication and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed trains, flight delays, appointment cancellations, or incorrect transit estimates incurred while using the service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
